Product Warranty Information

WARRANTY:

One year warranty on parts, compressor, and labor to original purchaser. Labor applicable within the 5 boroughs of NYC ONLY.

All claims for warranty must be made directly through Cooltech. All claims should include model number, serial number, and all pertinent information.

If the compressor is replaced under warranty, Cooltech will request the original compressor be returned. All shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the customer.
